Evi (stone
house)
Situated in one of the older parts of town, just beyond the
end of the Roman aqueduct. It is made up of two adjoining
houses
that have been linked and restored to preserve the traditional style of
the area, with stone walls, huge windows, wood panelled ceilings and
tile hung roofs. The three terracotta tiled terraces all enjoy stunning
views across Selçuk from the mountains to the
sea (opposite). The location is only 5 minutes walk from the
centre of town.
All bedrooms are air conditioned and both houses benefit from central
heating. There is a heated pool and stylish Finnish Sauna.

Evi has fully furnished stylish
accommodation that can sleep 8-10
- One enters onto the lower
terrace. The pool is here, providing a very private palce to
relax. There is a fireplace and traditional brick oven .
- The
lower house is entered from this terrace and one of the two
bedrooms opens onto the pool. The second bedroom has
a large
sofa bed.
- There is a contemporary well
equipped kitchen and dining area in the lower house.

are three bathrooms each with shower, vanity unit and lavatory, one in
each house and the third is a wet room adjacent to pool and
sauna.
- In the upper house, the
principle
bedroom
suite is
split level, having a lounge area which
could accommodate an extra person(s).
- Both
houses have satellite TVs ,
DVD and MP3 players.
- There
is a utility
room with washing machine, large fridge-freezer and
water cooler.

and bakery for local
provisions 50 yards away.
