All prices are in pounds sterling per week. Rentals are normally a minimum of seven days, however shorter periods can be accommodated, so please enquire. Access to the house, on the day of arrival, and exit upon departure generally is  flexible, upon request, dependent on flight times.

The price includes a weekly maid service, laundry of bed linen and towels etc., (daily is an optional extra). It also includes maintenance of the pool.  Bottled water for the water cooler is provided.

A deposit of 25% of the rental is required on reservation with the balance due six weeks before the commencement of the rental. There are no refunds for cancellations unless we are able to re-let the property. Our property manager will meet you on arrival at the property  and will assist you with any further information about the accommodation and activities in and around Selçuk.

Transfers to and from Izmir airport can be arranged when booking. Car rental can also be arranged through Helios Travel
